Helping you reach your goals to live a pain-free and healthy life, getting back to the things you love the most.

What is Pelvic Physical Therapy?
Pelvic Physical Therapy is mainly anything that involves bowel, bladder and sexual issues. This can include anything from sexual or bowel/bladder dysfunction postpartum or any pain experienced during pregnancy or following delivery or erectile dysfunction or pelvic pain (including urinary urgency and frequency) for men. More details on specific diagnoses can be found below.

Pelvic PT can also be an important supplement to dealing with more chronic pain dysfunctions involving the management of more involved medical diagnoses such as endometriosis and pudendal neuralgia.
I always incorporate necessary orthopedic intervention as it pertains to each person's specific case to optimize their recovery and prepare patients to manage any future symptoms on their own. My goal is to get you symptom-free and set you up with a number of tools to manage any symptoms on your own should they come up again and educate you on how to optimize your pelvic health moving forward.
